Job Description

As a Site Supervisor at Cava Interior Design Studio, you are the critical link between vision and reality. We are seeking a seasoned professional with 3-8 years of experience in interior execution to oversee our luxury projects across Kolkata. You will be responsible for ensuring that every tile, every panel, and every fixture is installed with the absolute precision Cava is known for. This is a role for a detail-oriented leader who takes pride in flawless execution and timely project handover.

You will work closely with architects, vendors, and clients, ensuring that site operations run smoothly and safety standards are never compromised.

Mandatory Skills

• 3-8 years of experience in Interior Site Supervision
• Ability to read and interpret complex GFC drawings and AutoCAD layouts
• Strong understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
• Experience in luxury finishings (Marble, Veneer, High-end hardware)
• Proficiency in vendor management and ground staff coordination
• Knowledge of material quality control and inventory management
• Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
• Travel requirements to various interior sites for supervision and client interaction and updates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily on-site activities to ensure alignment with design specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate effectively with multiple vendors, contractors, and sub-contractors for seamless workflow.
• Conduct rigorous quality checks and inspections at every stage of the execution process.
• Maintain detailed daily site reports, progress logs, and challenge documentation for management.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and implementation queries proactively.
• Manage on-site material deliveries and ensure secure storage and inventory tracking.
• Ensure absolute compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean, professional site environment.
• Provide measurements for billing and verify BOQ compliance during project execution.
